Website Privacy Policy

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: 2026-09-30

1. Who we are and scope

AIMT HORIZON PTE. LTD. (“we”) is responsible for personal data handled for enquiries through aimt-horizon.com and direct correspondence with us. This policy concerns website enquiries, not payment transactions or the full merchant onboarding process. Those activities require their own applicable notices.

2. Information you provide

You can contact us by email or submit our enquiry form. The form requires your name, shop or company, email address and product interest. WhatsApp number and message are optional.

We also collect your selected language, the policy version and effective date, details of the consent notice shown when you submit, and a submission identifier. We use these records to route and handle your enquiry and keep a record of the notice associated with your submission.

Form data is sent to Formspree for processing. We do not place your personal details in the page URL or browser localStorage.

Direct correspondence may contain your contact details and enquiry history. Please do not send identity documents, card details or unnecessary information about other people.

3. Website data and external channels

Depending on the website services in use, visits may generate technical data such as IP addresses, browser information and access or security logs. We will use any such data to operate and protect the website and investigate technical issues. If additional analytics or advertising tracking is introduced, we will provide the relevant notice and obtain consent where required.

If you choose email or a WhatsApp link when available, the external provider also processes data under its own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our handling of your correspondence.

4. Why we use information

We use information to understand, respond to and follow up on your enquiry, maintain necessary correspondence, protect our website and communications, and meet applicable legal obligations. We seek consent where required or rely on another basis permitted by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry information.

5. Access and disclosure

Access is limited to authorised personnel who need information for these purposes. We use Formspree, Inc. to receive, store and process form submissions and deliver enquiry notifications to us. Necessary email, hosting and supporting service providers may also process information to provide these services on our behalf; disclosures may be required by law. We do not automatically share enquiries with all affiliated companies. We will notify you and obtain consent where required for additional purposes. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy for its service practices.

6. Protection and retention

We will take reasonable measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure and similar risks. This is not a guarantee of absolute security. We will assess data incidents and notify the relevant regulator and affected individuals where required by law. We will review retained records and keep information only while needed for the stated purposes or other necessary business or legal reasons, then delete it or remove its association with identifiable individuals.

7. Transfers outside Singapore

Formspree states that its services use infrastructure in the United States and that information may be processed in the United States and other countries where it operates. Your submission may therefore be transferred outside Singapore, including to the United States. We will meet applicable PDPA transfer requirements, including ensuring a comparable standard of protection through appropriate arrangements. This policy does not promise that all information remains in Singapore.

8. Your requests and withdrawal

Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request access to your personal data, information about its use or disclosure in the preceding year, or correction of errors or omissions. You may withdraw consent with reasonable notice. We may reasonably verify your identity and clarify your request. We will explain likely consequences, such as being unable to continue handling an enquiry, and stop relevant processing unless otherwise legally permitted or required. Withdrawal does not necessarily require deletion of every record.

We will handle access and correction requests as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot provide access or make the correction within 30 days after receiving the request, we will inform you in writing within those 30 days when we expect to respond.

9. Contact and updates

For privacy enquiries, complaints or requests, contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO), Marcus Mao, at biz@aimt-horizon.com. This mailbox also handles business enquiries. Updates to this policy will show their effective date. English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Malay versions are intended to convey the same meaning. If you notice a difference, please contact us for clarification.
